What: 5 of the times Jack called Dylan "Dad"
1. "Night, Dad," he chances as Dylan walks away, eyes on the floor, and he can feel his ears turning red. The embarrassment fades as arms close around him, though, as Dylan pulls him into a hug, and he's glad to return it.
2. "Dad?" he asks as he frowns at the paperwork in front of him, confused. He's supposed to be filling out paperwork to get a passport, but these have a different heading, and he's afraid to dream he's really seeing what he thinks he is. It's obvious after a moment that it's real, though, and he almost forgets to actually sign the thing, too busy clinging.
3. "Dad!" he calls as he pushes through the crowd, reaching up with his free hand to adjust the mortarboard trying to slip off his head. He's being hugged before he knows it, and he grins into Dylan's shoulder as his uncle pats him on the back.
4. "Dad," he barely stops himself from begging in the interrogation room. He had known this was coming, but it's so much harder to deal with than he had expected, and he sighs - and tilts his head, sprawling a little in his chair. Fine. Two can play this game.
5. "Dad," he whispers as they cling in the park, and right now, he's not even worried about what the others are thinking. He's too relieved that this is all over and that he can go home again.
